Why this workshop

  1. Your 2015 checklist is out of date. This fixes it in about 90 minutes. It’s built for people already trained on 2015, so there’s no re-teaching of basics.
  2. ISO 19011:2026 is included. The new auditing guidance (remote audits, virtual locations, Annex A) is the value most transition courses leave out.
  3. You prove it with a real audit. The certificate comes from a graded audit at your own organization, not just a quiz. Learners without a company to audit are assigned one.

What changed, without guesswork

  • Every change was checked line by line against the standard text.
  • ISO 9001: 47 changes, 16 that change what you audit.
  • Myths corrected: nothing was removed, 6.1.3 and 6.1.4 were split out rather than added, and 10.3 was merged into 10.1.
  • For every substantive change you get the questions to ask, the evidence to look for, and a typical finding.

ISO 9001 only: ethics in every department

  • Quality culture and ethical behavior are now requirements. The workshop shows auditors how to spot ethics pressure in 14 departments, from sales to calibration to internal audit itself.
  • You get the Lookout Guide and the Quality Culture Indicators Sheet, so you can say with evidence whether a quality culture exists, not just whether a policy is posted.
  • It leads naturally into the full ISO 9001:2026 Ethics in Quality Management Online Workshop.

Tools you keep

  • The Change Analysis
  • The full 2026 internal audit checklist in editable Word
  • An Internal Audit Process checklist
  • Audit plan, schedule and forms
  • The Company XYZ practice case, with a completed master to compare against
  • A Training Content Summary to show your registrar

Better audit programs, not just better audits

  • Writing audit objectives, which every audit now requires, with weak and strong examples side by side.
  • Program risks, review and maturity, so your program improves year over year instead of repeating the same schedule.

From MSI’s own audit work

Every module has a “From the Audit Room” story, drawn from 28 years of experience and MSI’s ongoing internal audit work for clients.

For employers and corporate buyers

  • Short enough to roll out to a whole audit team, and one LearningPaths Corporate License covers every auditor.
  • Registrar-ready evidence of competence: the certificate, the graded audit and the Training Content Summary.
