Course Curriculum

Lesson: Welcome: How This Workshop Works
Four short modules, a knowledge check after each, and an applied exercise using your own organization. Your certificate is issued once MSI accepts your exercise.

Module 1: What Leadership Means in ISO 9001
Why the standard treats leadership as an accountability, not a personal quality. Learn who counts as top management, what accountability really means, the twelve leadership obligations of the 2026 edition, and how customer focus is shown through a decision rather than a statement.

Module 2: Setting Direction
How top management points the system at the business as it is today. Context and climate change, scope, a quality policy that belongs to no one else, objectives that can actually fail, and quality culture and ethical behavior made observable, including a real case of what happens when leadership protects a claim instead of acting on the data.

Module 3: The Operating Rhythm
How the system keeps running between reviews. Assign the six required authorities to named roles, reconfirm your functions and responsibilities matrix page by page, pass system changes through a gate, and make sure every communication has a named sender.

Module 4: Management Review: Where Leadership Shows
The one meeting where leadership produces its evidence. Give every input an owner, evaluate instead of report, record the three required decisions, and see exactly what your updated leadership procedure should show.

Earn Your Certificate
